Anyone following the program or doing something to lose weight??
I've gotta shed like 35 lbs!!

I was holding 20 pounds with my first one and gained 30 more with my second one. Although, I lost 10 with baby birth but still had to lose 40 pounds that were pretty difficult while nursing my LO. I read about a weight loss supplement "Mummy magic weight loss tea" here in some thread and decided to give it a try. After three months drinking three times daily (as instructed) half an hour before my meals and amazingly it helped with my weight loss as well as settled my digestive system!

I joined a post-natal boot camp. Loved it! Eating responsibly (no fast food, skip the ice cream) is a huge key, especially if you're breastfeeding and hungry all the time. Walk. Walk, walk, walk! You need to get your cardio going to burn off tummy fat.

I am doing it.  I get 35 points a day, and have lost 27 pounds so far.  It works great for me.

I did Weight Watchers a couple years back and it was great...I didn't lose a lot but I was mainly doing it to get a more healthy lifestyle. Both my mother and my sister have done it for years and have lost a lot of weight on it. The best thing about the program is the "points" system. You're given a certain number of points to use each day based on your current weight, how much you exercise, etc. (you get more points if you breastfeed because we need more calories and such), and then you find foods that fall within your points range. Best thing is, you can eat what you want as long as you stay within your points for the day.

I still have 20 lbs of baby weight to lose and I'm thinking about going back to it!
