Agree with everyone else...my breast barely changed sizes...I was a 36 c before and 38 c now...I'm sure as baby begins to eat more I will increase again a bit however I have maintained almost the same size throughout.

Yeah... I've totally heard of people with barely A cups having no trouble with milk supply and those with J - cups (no kidding) taking vitamins to increase their milk supply. It seems that the breast and the baby figure it out between them. If you're pregnant and wondering what size nursing bras to buy, I would wait until your baby is about a week old to go nursing bra shopping. It may not be a very convenient trip, but I wasted money on my "one cup size larger" bra purchases (these things are not cheap), when I my breasts at least doubled in cup size. Don't hesitate to go back and get re-fitted as your cup size changes too. A well-fitted nursing bra just makes all the difference in the world.

I'm a little confused by the question. If you are asking what size breast you need to have in order to breastfeed, there is no answer. All breast, regardless of size, can make milk. If you are asking what size they can be while you are breastfeeding, I dont know about another mothers but I can go from D/DD to about a B after one feeding.
