When can i stop?

I have been exclusively breastfeeding my daughter Aubrey. She is now eight moths old she is eating most solids but not in big servings. She has a biting problem and consistently bites to the point where i am bleeding. I know i cant afford a pump and she wont take formula. When can i move her to milk?

A year old is when you can give her cow's milk. However, there are ways to stop the biting, so you don't have to wean. One of my twins had a biting problem, but I solved it by figuring out when he was biting. I noticed that he bit me once he wasn't actively nursing. As soon as he was done nursing, I unlatched him.

Another technique that I've done is when they bite, the feeding is immediately over.
