OK, thank you for that! Since I'm American, I had to convert kg to lbs. Now, I think I know what's going on. Your baby gained HUGE amounts of weight at first, which is pretty common in breastfed babies. As they get older, it's common for them to slow down in weight gain. Is he getting mobile? As babies get mobile, their weight can slow down too. You want about 1 lb per month and your baby achieved that and then some! :)

Honestly, I don't think there's anything wrong here. No need for formula. As far as solids, I'd just keep offering what you're eating. Like I said before, breastmilk is the main source of nutrition.

I can't really help you unless you give me the weight history. Birthweight was 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs), but was the LOWEST weight? Babies usually lose weight after birth. And then his weights after that.

As far as solids, I'd keep offering and keep on what you're doing. Keep in mind that breastmilk is to be the main source of nutrition before a year.

What have you tried in the way of solids? Have you tried letting him eating what you're eating? What's your nursing schedule like? Nursing on cue or on a schedule?

What is his weight history? Starting from *LOWEST* weight (not birthweight, because babies usually lose weight after birth). You want about 1 lb per month. Sometimes, babies will gain a lot of weight at the beginning and then slow down.

Having teeth shouldn't be an issue when nursing..
