Good day moms. I have a 10 month old that I would like to stop breast feeding within the next month. He's eating solid foods now but mainly breastfeeds for comfort, especially at night. He sleeps in the bed with my husband and I and wakes up 7 or 8 times on average to breastfeed. I would appreciate any advice you can give me.

It's recommended to nurse to a year. You have 2 months left. If you choose to wean, you'll need to give formula to replace the breastfeeding as nursing or formula is to be the main source of nutrition for the first twelve months.

However, if you still feel you need to wean, you will need to wean slowly so that it's easy on your body. Here are some weaning techniques:
