Father has full custody of child, and has for years. Mother got visitation but has not exercised in several months. She is being served with papers soon to lose visitation. If she responds to the papers to rebuttal- what are some things the court may ask for or do to decide if she loses all visitation? Anyone have experience in this? ( Also have proof it is not safe for him to be with her. drug use, moving, attempted suicide, witnesses telling us she has driven drunk with child, exposure to different men, child exposed to all, moving all the time, manipulating and lying to child, and causing havoc, talking to him about things children do not need to be talked to about)

I am no expert but I have read about child abandonment. 4 months without contact in some states you lose ALL rights. .And they will look at anyone of your complaints on her, But not without proof. You need witnesses and any real proof you can get. Also becareful not to come off you are out to get revenge or turn the kids against her. I know its hard not to hate a worthless mother. Just show that its not in the best interest of the kids. I understand what your deal with. Good luck
