start potty training your oldest. there are movies and songs and books and lots of ways to get your child to potty train but you have to find out what interests them the most about going on the potty. i have a 6 yo 3 yo 2 yo and 9 month old. i have 2 in diapers.

I just had my Youngest and have a 15 month old as well as a three year old but my oldest is 5 and a half. I did potty train my 3 year old which is a huge help. I would also suggest if your 3 year old doesnt nap implement a "resting time" which I do with my two older girls I have them go down for resting time every day at about 3:30 which is when my oldest gets home from school, during this time I have them lay down be quiet and watch a movie, its always a disney movie or some other kids movie but it gives me a break as its also the time that my 15 month old naps and now my 9 week old does too but while I was pregnant it was my break in the middle of the day, those days you are absolutely exhausted it gives you that much needed break without throwing your kids for a loop with something they arent use to doing, In my house my kids are all so use to the quiet time at the same time every day I now use it for picking up, laundry, time to collect my brain :)

I would try getting your 3 year old potty trained but potty training only works if your kids are ready. Good LUck :)

I am in the same boat, my daughter turns 3 in June, my son turns 1 in March and I am expecting #3 in September... My advise (also what i'm doing) is work on potty training a lot, 3 in diapers is a scarry thing to think about. but other than that just let you mommy instincts take control, if your body didn't think you could handle three kids than you wouldn't have gotten pregnant again. I wish you the best of luck
