Pork Chops & Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Usually when I post a new recipe it's a day or two later.... but this time, I am eating it while I'm typing.... not that this matters... but it's really good. This is a creamy, tender, comforting meal. Not over cheesy, but just enough... No grease at all... just wonderful comfort food!!

Best of all ---this is very easy!

Pork Chops - 8 Pork Loin Chops, thick cut, fit into the bottom of my 6qt crock pot... (just fyi)
salt & pepper to taste (I also used seasoned salt)
about 10 red potatoes, scrubbed & sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/4 - 1/2 c. flour (I didn't use the flour)
2 cans Campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
3/4 cup milk

1. I browned my pork chops before putting them in the crockpot - YOU DON"T HAVE TO. I just like to.

2. Put the pork chops in bottom of crockpot.

3. Sprinkle w/ S & P (& whatever else you like)

4. Now alternate layers of potatoes, onions & 1-2 Tablespoons of flour on top of the pork chops. Seasoning in between each layer. About 3 layers or so..

5. Mix the cheddar cheese soup & milk together & pour it over the potatoes.

6. I cooked mine on High for 4 hours & Low for 2.... However, if I was gonna be gone all day, I would do Low for 8-10... It will be so tender & yummy!

Everyone here loves this one!! It's one of the few "everyday" meals that gets thumbs-up from everyone!!! Hope you guys like it, too!

PS - I posted a pick of it, cuz it's so pretty.... (I do serve it w/ a salad or veggies)
