eating

[deleted account] ( 5 moms have responded )

Hi everyone. My daughter Alexandra is 10 1/2 months old and most of her friends younger and around the same age or even older eat alot of real table food. I can barely get her to eat table food if I do its like a crumb of a chicken finger or hamburger is anyone else having the same problem? any suggestions I feel like she needs to eat food

o ya try the meat sticks and cut them up small or try thier cut up pears. Ava loves the lil crunchies; veggie, they arent the most healthy thing but it will be a good help for transition into big food. I know they look big but they dicenagrate (sp?) almost immediatly so dont worry

My problem was the oppoite. I could not get Ava to eat baby food for the life of me, I tried every different combo and she would just spit it out. However as soon as she tried a craker or come ceral she went to down. I wouldn't worry too much, all first years get most of their nutrition from bmilk/formula anyway. Just start small. Gerber has a great graduate line for little yogurt melts and flavered crackers. yum
