My son has a milk allergy, we discovered it when he was a few days old. We find Silk (soy milk) works very well. There are some things he can have lots of fruits and veggies, because even a little bit of milk will set his allergy off.

3 weeks after we started whole milk with our twins one of tem started having white diareha. The nurse said it was a stomach bug but since he is a twin and his brother wasn't sick I didn't buy it. They eat the same food, go the same places and put the same objects in their mouth. I started doing some google research and found 2 posts that tied this to a lactose allergy. Both of those cases also started a few weeks into whole milk. We switched to soy and now lactaid for him and it cleared right up. If we give him food that contains milk we start to see a color change.

Just wanted to mention it because most web post about white poop indicate liver issues. We saw a change in color in less than 24 hours of cutting out the dairy.

Hey! my daughter has this same problem..i tried giving her normal whole milk for the first time and she got really sick. i found that the lactaid brand milk works much better for her and doesnt bother her stomach as much. as for foods sometimes i make her mashed potatoes with the lactaid milk or liquid formula instead of regular milk, she also really likes mandarin oranges, oatmeal, cream of wheat, bananas, sweet potatoes, and for a snack she likes the gerber brand cereal puffs. hope this helps, i find it hard sometimes to come up with foods for her too!
