Ok, so totally new to scrapbooking, but not pictures! We have our first son and I am starting to want to scrapboook, then I see digiscrapping(?)!! Yay! So, I already have Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8....does anyone know if this would work ok for scrapping?? Also, do you find it cheaper to print things yourself or to use one of the sites? I have a brand new Canon MP990 photo printer/scanner that works great. But after adding up cost of paper and ink...what's the cheaper way to go?? Who, online, is the cheapest without sacrificing quality? Last but not least, for now...any recommendations on good websites?? Thanks so much in advance for the help!!!

Paint shop Pro is perfect for scrapping .... I started with PSP 8 and now use PSP XI.
For printing I have bought bulk items so find it cheaper to do myself but there is no way I can get the quality of a professional print. If I was to make a gift for someone I would prefer to create a book and get it printed than do it myself.

Hi there I personally, save everything I do whatever it may be and wait till Big W or join snapfish and save money on prints that way. Yes I to worked out the cost of ink and paper and in the end for 10 cents a pic or even less 1 cents sometimes, its cheaper to order on line . The quality is great, I to have photo shop not sure how to use it as its new but i saw this site and thought id have a look c .. trina :)
