Part-time doc?

I'm in my last year of residency in Family Medicine in Pennsylvania. I'm slowly getting going on my job search. My son is 5 months old today. I am interested in working part-time. I was wondering if any of the part-timers out there could share what kind of arrangements you have. Hours/days, call, job-sharing, etc, etc? How receptive were employers about part-time work? I would much appreciate any info or suggestions!

I work sessions a week (M, W Fri mornings) in a multi-specialty group practice in suburban Maryland. I earn a percentage of my reimbursements. I work for a large practice and we use hospitalists so the call is just phone coverage. I find the schedule ideal and the practice receptive, but not everyone is. I previously worked in a salaried practice (Kaiser) and the part time quickly became almost full-time as they double and triple booked me. Now I have better control over my schedule. When I'm not at the office, the dermatologist uses my desk and exam rooms (I'm an internist). Many of the doctors are part-time -- but we use the exam rooms and staff to capacity.
