Do you excercise?

I started water aerobics the first part of July and also working out on the elliptical on days I don't do water aerobics. I'm probably just going to continue the water workouts since I'm not in terrific shape. I love to walk, but it's been too hot.

What do you do?

I like to exercise but having 5 kids 4 and under it's very hard to go for a walk. I think I'm going to get a dvd and do that.

With my 1st pg, i admit I didnt exercise much. I already had 3 miscarriages and didnt want to disturb this one (he still ended up coming 3 months early)!! I also had a desk job, but I did do water class which I really enjoyed!! This time around I am being more proactive and exercise more!! I have been doing the leslie Sansone 'Walk at home" videos. I can just pop one in whenever I want and not have to worry about walking outside in the heat. Today I also got a Leisa Hart Fit Mama prenatal and postnatal workouts DVD. A few of my friends raved about her dvd. I also have a new job (on a ag research farm) so I am always up and moving around, but yet can also be at my desk if I want to be.

I walked a lot with my first baby, but Im at a different gym now that doesn't have a pool :( So this time i think im just going to be walking on the treadmill and maybe some stationary bike. Nothing too extreme

I take my daughter and dogs on walks every day, unless its too hot (which lately it has been a lot!). I also do Mommy and Baby yoga with my daughter and in the fall I will start prenatal yoga. I dont do anything intense though, when I found out I was pregnant again I was just starting to get back in shape from having my daughter!

I don't really have a workout regime when I'm not pregnant, but I have started doing some prenatal yoga in the past few days and I'm really enjoying it!

I don't really do anything. naughty girl I am!!
I do take my son for a walk each afternooon when I'm not working (I work 3days a week), and that lasts for about 45mins.
In the summer (coming up soon, I'm in Australia) I do aqua aerobics once a week. I loved the aqua aerobics last time I was pregnant, but that was thru last winter mostly and I didn't do it this year in winter. I think I will really enjoy it during summer in the upcoming months!
