My son refuses to eat green veggies and squash. I keep trying but be just spits it out. I have tried mixing it with his rice but he knows and won't eat it. Are there any tricks anyone can give me??

You can try giving a couple of spoonfuls of what your baby likes and then sneak in a spoonful of veggies. It usually takes a little while for babies to learn to like new foods. Keep trying! :)

I have the same problem. My daughter does not care for green peas or green beans. I will feed her carrots or sweet potatoes with the greens. I put the greens on the spoon first, then the carrots or sweet potatoes next, that way the first thing she tastes will be the ones she likes. She still doesn't like them and I have tried a million times it I have to "sneak" them in.

we have not tried greens, but avacado. I do put a bit of formula/bmilk in and try the foods a bit everyday. She hated carrots and almost gagged on it twice, but by the fourth day she ate it up. Keep trying and maybe you can mix it with other things check online for good mixtures.

My son has the same issue... try sweet peas.. he does better with them.. if not i try mixing a small amount with a spoonful of fruits so he doesnt taste the veggies.

Luckily my daughter is the opposite! She LOVES any veggies. She is not very fond of fruits, she eats them when offered, but she prefers veggies and I am not complaining! I would just try something else and keep offering veggies, sometimes they don't like certain foods at first but in a month it might be his favorite food! Sorry I don't have any more suggestions, but I haven't had the problem. My baby girl is almost 20 lbs and gobbles up anything offered!

I had that problem too, I just give him a couple little spoonfuls before each meal and then move on to whatever I'm going to feed him. It seems after a few times of that he's at least tolerable of them. Just be careful not to give too many orange things cause he'll start to turn orange!
