hi... had my baby in oct and for the first four months i lost most, if not all my baby weight. since the last 5 months - i have just ballooned and have no idea how to lose it - i actually look as though im still pregnant. any ideas?

I have gained 37 pounds with my second pregnancy and now when my baby is 6 months old, I am back to my pre-baby weight and body shape. I lost all those unwanted stones 4 months postpartum and I did it with the help of drinking plenty of water, breastfeeding my baby and drinking an organic tea “Mummy magic weight loss tea”.

The same exact thing happened to me! I actually lost a lot of weight the first three months of my pregnancy, so by the end of my pregnancy I weighed the same amount as when I got pregnant! I lost even more weight after I had my son, but after about 3 months I gained all of it back && then some! I actually weigh more now then I did the last day of my pregnancy. :/ I completely feel you!

I also had my baby in october! Wonderful isn't it! Anyway, I know it's SO hard to go to the gym or watch what you're eating when you are a busy mom with that baby crawling around and getting into everything! But, this is how I keep that weight off! I am still nursing, but my baby eats 3 good nutritious meals a day, so he does not nurse as much. But, anywhere I go, I carry my son, I never use a stroller. Its great for the intire body! It works our legs, abs, arms, and pecs, and back! For 9 months I have been doing this, and nothing on my body aches of "a work out." Also, EAT BREAKFAST. It gets your metabolism going! Eating oatmeal a couple times a week for breakfast is great! Sprinkle a little cinnamon on it, with some 7-grain bread is delicious. It keeps you full for a longer period of time. If not oatmeal, eggs are great, or some wheat or almond flour pancakes-also very good (even without the syrup and butter!) If you eat salads, lay off the heavy dose of dressing (this is my problem!). Don't eat a huge supper. I always quit eating by 6, so my body has about 4 hours of time to digest. Meats also a good thing, high in protein AND has NO CARBS! If your hungry and you need to eat quick, get a carrot, or celery with peanut butter. These are just a few of the things I do during my busy hours as a mom!

I used a product called Osolean - it is fantastic it is not a meal replacement it just targets your fat and leaves your lean muscle - really fantastic - I lost 45cm off my body in a few months. Let me know if you would like more info.

I had my daughter in October as well. I was 98 before i got pregnant and now I am down to 108lbs. I walk lot. I walk to the grocery store which is 1/2 a mile away and I walk with my daughter to her doctor's appointments which is 1 mile away. I just try and walk as much as I can. I usually walk about 6-8 miles a week. Try walking every day. it works great for me. it may not work for you but i am sure it wouldn't hurt to try! :) Good luck!

Hi Hun! I lost 2 and half stone before having my Oct baby! Now I'm back to square one!
Slimming World is how I lost the weight to begin with! Why don't you give it a go! It's not a diet just healthy eating! x
