So, I think 1st trimester was supposed to be the worst for nausea and headaches, etc. I had mild nausea (basically depressed appetite, never vomited) and a few headaches, but those may have been stress-related. Since yesterday, I've felt like I may throw up at any moment (haven't yet), and have had a bad headache that food/water intake doesn't help.. I did travel over the weekend so maybe that took its toll, but I rested all last night and it seems even worse today, hard to work or do anything...

Anyone experience suddenly worse 'first trimester' symptoms going into their 2nd?

Keep your blood sugar levels even by eating small, frequent meals high in protein and complex carbohydrates. Also, No to morning sickness tea was a great help easing my nausea.
