always sick nothing helps

Im 13 weeks and im always feeling sick and tired all the time is there any thing I can do to feel better?

When I was sick it made me more nauseous so I got a prescription from my OB for diclecton which really helped!

As for being sick try the classics: Chicken noodle soup, Ginger & Peppermint Tea, Orange Juice or Eating Oranges. Your immune system is down during pregnancy to protect the baby.

Be careful with herbal teas!! Many herbs are not recommended or not necessarily safe during pregnancy.

I ate alot of crackers... I used to have an overabundance of saliva in my mouth and that was what was making me nauseous, so when I ate crackers it helped alot, it also helped with heartburn...

Also, different kinds of herbal teas, I REALLY like yogi teas, there's one for everything. Just make sure you read which herbs you're ingesting, certain tea bags gave me really bad cramps.
