At 6mo, you really don't have to worry about position yet :)
As for the tummy and the hunger, I was the same way. With my first child, I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was right about 6 months along. My period was always erratic, so I had no give away there, and I experienced NO symptoms, including physical changes like getting a bigger tummy or excess hunger or anything.

I've heard of many women who, like me, don't show much or put on hardly any weight in the first 2 trimesters. I only put on about 15lbs with each of my pregnancies (I've had 3), and hardly showed until the last 2 months or so. I really wouldn't worry too much :)

I was small throughout my pregnancy but I did exercise throughout pregnancy so this maybe why and although baby weighed 5lb 3 she was perfect so be grateful your not huge and make the most of your pregnancy, dont let anyone tell you otherwise

with my daughter I was pretty small til I hit almost 8 months pregnant and then *BAM!* massive bump. there are women who go through their whole pregnancy and don't get the bump but have a nice sized healthy baby. not getting that big is a blessing in the long run, your skin doesn't get as stretched out and it's easier to bounce back in shape :)

I had a small bump right to the end with my first and thought it would be different now im having my 2nd but nope its just the same have only started to noticably show in the past 2 weeks and im 30 weeks now due at the end of December. People either think im just a bit overweight or say you can't be due in December. Just enjoy the fact that your not huge xx
