Can I Be Pregnant or Side Effects of Birth Control.?

My name is Katie Bell and I'm not entirely sure on where to post this, but is it a possibility that I am pregnant or are my symptoms just a birth control side effect.? Many of my friends say I'm pregnant, but I don't think I am and besides all my EPTs have all come up negative.
Well, this has all started around the beginning of November 2011, I have had a big increase in appetite and am always hungry (wouldn't matter if I had just eaten or eaten 20 min ago), also I noticed my breasts have slightly increased in size, slight pressure on my diaphragm (probably spelled wrong), severe hot flashes and chronic headaches, and some slight cramping. Also, they say a big "red" flag was that I have increased fatigue and exhaustion. I also have been pretty irritable lately. I also have been on birth control (Implanon) since January 2010 and since then my periods have been irregular and all over the place and sometimes longer than usual (1.5 months) and then not having one for like 3 to 4 months.
I have taken multiple pregnancy tests since the middle of October and they have all come back negative. I have no idea what is going on with me.

Could be pregnancy or birth control. Go to the doctor and get a blood test, only way to know for sure. My friend was on Birth control and didnt find out she was pregnant until 27 weeks, so it is possible.

Sounds like pregnancy to me! My biggest signs were a ravenous appetite that was unusual for me, and the constant extreme fatigue. You may wanna consider going in to your doctor and getting a blood test, which is more accurate and reliable. Then at least you'll know for sure!
