Hello everyone, I was wondering how everyone else was doing with emotions. I seem to constantly be going on this up and down cycle where I am fine for a few days or even a week and then all of a sudden I can't stop crying all day long and am so sensitive. I feel bad for my BF cause I just seem to not even be able to handle a joke. Do any of you deal with that or have experience with it? I am 21 Weeks. Does it stop ever?

I can be the same way. I am 28 weeks, and I will be really happy and suddenly be crying and when my husband asks whats wrong I can't even give him a reason. Luckily he is really understanding and always tries to make me laugh. But he has learned through this pregnancy that some days I can take a joke and laugh, other days I cry at the same joke. just ask that your bf be patient with you its not you its the hormones. its all so overwhelming sometimes, but in the end it will be worth all the crazy mood swings or thats what everyone tells me :)

I am 25 weeks and last week I cried over taking out the wrong meat for supper... when my boyfriend asked what was wrong I had no real answer for him I mean who cries over meat. It is a very weird time I can go awhile without being emotional than it all comes in shower! I have also cried in the shower... lol. Just take it as it comes. Explain (while you are not emotioanl) that it isn't anything your BF has done wrong and that all you need is a second or 2 to compose yourself again,

Good Luck with the rest of the pregnancy!

We all have days like this pregnant or not pregnant but it definately seems like there are alot more emotional days when pregnant. This morning I woke up and felt so bad, all I could do for 40mins is cry and then the next nimute I pulled myself together and thought WTF! lol. It does stop eventually but who knows because I certainly don't :) . I found out I was pregnant (mainly by intuition) at 2-3 weeks and all I could do was cry 1 minute, be happy the next and feel like killing someone a few minutes later haha. It's just our hormones being all over the place. My husband tries to understand as best he can but sometimes they just can't understand at all. Good luck to you all.

I am 16 weeks and I have been having those crying bouts the whole time. I have terrible mood swings and while they are happening I am powerless to stop them but I know they are happening. I have never had this problem with the other three kids, and I am at a loss, but I am told that it is perfectly normal. Which makes me laugh because I certainly don't feel normal!! I don't know if it stops but good Lord I hope it does! Hang in there!

You are definitely not the only one!!! I am only 16 weeks and I am not sure my husband is going to survive with all the crying I am doing. It is over the stupidest things and sometimes for no reason at all! I have some very supportive mom's in my life and it sounds like it won't end until a while after the baby is born and a while after.....good luck! Just know you aren't the only one!
