I am looking to maybe tone myself a little before having the baby. im having a c section again and before i didnt really bounce back to my "sexy" shape before i got pregnant. I was just flabby and felt gross afterwards. Now with this pregnancy i got a lot of flab to work with haha.

I am NOT NOT NOT looking to LOSE weight just tone up a little so its easier to lose weight afterwards since i could not before. im not trying to run my butt off or get rid of my belly, cause i love my belly :) but i have the regular pregnancy belly and then i have my back and side fat. that is NOT necessary for the baby to need to survive. and trust me she gets enough food. haha. im just looking for more infor than walking and twists.

im not looking to go excessive and walk all day or twist all day, just to tone a little so i dont feel like my belly is falling off my body. im only 5 months so im just into the 2nd trimester.

I am not looking for discrimination, since a lot of women are against working out while pregnant. plus i get cramps when i walk to much so i would rather not walk but still be somewhat fit. only if you have ideas please, and be open minded.

I went and bought a used elliptical, I dont use it every day but whenever I crave exercise I jump on and go for awhile. Now that I'm pregnant with baby number 2 its super handy to have as I can exercise and watch my son playing at the same time and never need to leave the house! Somehow I ended gaining more weight in the last year and 3 months than what I was when I went in the hospital to have my bub! >.

There is nothing wrong with working out while pregnant. If anything, doctor's encourage it.

I've found yoga to be really great. Which, I did yoga before I got pregnant. There are a lot of good pregnancy yoga dvd's out there.

If you have a bike that's really good exercise and it is safe during pregnancy or if you're near a gym ellipticals are amazing!! Side steps and pelvic thrusts are good too. I'm not sure what else you can do for your sides besides twists. Also after you have the baby buy one of those wraps or a pair of spanks that has support for your belly and wear it every day!! A nurse told me to do it after I had my first daughter and it really worked! It holds the skin closer to your body and helps pull it back in so you don't have that pouch of skin. Hope this helps :)
