Hi everyone!! Ok so I'm new on here. I just found out I was pregnant with our first about 3 weeks ago. Had an ultrasound 2 weeks ago the dr is figuring I'm about 4 weeks (couldn't actually tell because I had a miscarriage at the end of feb and got pregnant right afterwards without a period). I have another ultrasound this wednesday. I've had really bad nausea for the past week and now I get car/motion sickness, can't ride in a car for more than a half hour without getting sick ugh lol. Has anyone else ever gotten motion sickness during their pregnancy? Mine isn't only in the car, I was watching my brother play that guitar hero game and I got sick from watching the screen move for too long.

I have used "No to Morning Sickness Tea" with my both pregnancies and successfully beaten the morning sickness.

That really sucks that you're allergic to ginger pills. I'm going through intense morning sickness right now, and ginger pills are one of the only things to help!
But, there are other options. You can take 100mg of B6 every night. B6 is heaven sent for morning sickness. You could also try Sea Bands. I bought mine for $5 from Walmart. They're like wrist bands with little acupressure points that help with nasuea.

thanks natalie I will def give that a try and see if it helps. My dr is about a half hour drive away so I'm worried about making it to the dr without having to pull over.

hiya

congratulations !

yeah i had motion sickness, only in a car tho, i was fine on a train, i was sick in a car after about 5 mins of being in one, and on a couple of occasions i did have to get people to pull over so i could actually be sick. it's not nice and i do feel for you, silly tip but did help a bit, try to watch the road, look ahead and not out of the side window or at anything else, this used to help me a bit.
