well a lot of weight gain and swelling in the face and neck can actually be a sign of preeclampsia.. I am 34 weeks and I weighed 143 (all together so far I gained 27 pounds) which is normal .. my cousin who was a week ahead of me just had to be induced due to being pre-e she has a healthy baby girl now. pre-e is dangerous and can cause problems for you and baby so its good they tested you.. pre e normally comes from high blood pressure (foods you eat can contribute to that) for instance my cousin ate any and everything (only food) but she had no limit just as long as the baby let her eat.. it is not good to gain a lot of weight like that SO PEOPLE WHO ARE UNDER 25 WEEKS AND GAINED ANY WEIGHT NOT WITHIN THE RECOMMENDED LIMITS IT IS BEST TO CHECK IT! like I said 27 pounds at 34 weeks is the recommended limit any over 27 at 34 weeks is not in the norm. there are apps to help you keep track of how much weight you are gaining!
