Your welcome. I'm sorry to hear the outcome wasn't different for you. Go ahead and start taking prenatals if you haven't already, that will help you and your body be better prepared when you start trying again. Start eating healthy if you don't already, and the same with exercising, nothing major just walking and regular stretching if you aren't already active. Don't stress about trying and that will make it easier too. Good luck and hope things go well for you the second time around...

well my bleeding had stopped and we decided to have sex and he was bumping something so i called my doctor and she said he was possible bumping my cervix. so after my bleeding i took a digital test and it came up "not pregnant" we are so heart broken but this was also my first pregnancy. we are going to wait a month or two then try again. thank you so much for commenting on my post. it really helped

With the cramps and bleeding it is most likely a miscarriage. Especially if it is heavy bleeding... There can be other causes of this, but this is the most likely. I would go see a doctor, but if the cramps and bleeding continue and you wait a few days you can take another test and see if it still shows positive... I truly hope this is not what is happening to you as I have been through that pain. If it is, keep in mind its not anything you did... Don't be hard on yourself and if you were wanting the baby, keep trying. It will happen again and in 80-90% of women, after having a miscarriage you conceive within a few months and have a normal healthy pregnancy...
