You can find out gender through amniocentesis in early pregnancy or through an ultrasound between 18 and 20 weeks. Usually your dr would have already gave you a perscription to make an ultra sound apt by 19 weeks. You most definitely can determine gender ( as long as baby cooperates) by 19 weeks. I'd give your dr a call and ask about scheduling an ultrasound! It always takes a few weeks to get an apt where I'm from so I'd figure out how to schedule ASAP! Good luck with your little mystery baby!

I was able to know the gender at almost 16 weeks. They had me come in again at 20 weeks just to confirm that I was having a boy. Which they did. So I think at 19 weeks they should definitely be able to tell.
