Sometimes stress can cause abnormalities in pregnancy but the baby and your body are stronger then you think. With my first child I was young and although the pregnancy was planned, my husband and I were very naive. We moved home, I worked 4 jobs, and we started a full on remodel of our house. I mean we tore down walls, had no kitchen, no bathroom, only subfloors, it was chaos and that is being subtle. We slept on an air mattress in the middle of the house and then we adopted a rambunctious 6 month old labrador retriever, which by the way we already had two dogs. It was extremely stressful and although my pregnancy was hard on me, I had a quick labor and a healthy little girl! I wouldn't worry too much. Your body will make sure your baby gets everything. The more you stress about the stress... the more damage it can do.
