I’ve been using "No to Morning Sickness Tea" for the last week while battling bad morning sickness and thankfully I’m able to notice a difference quickly after using it! It definitely takes the edge off of the morning sickness and has made me go from feeling like puking to just feeling slightly queasy.

Sprite & saltine crackers usually help, but if it's bad enough your doctor can give you something.

I got really bad morning sickness. With me it was only when I smelt something funky or walked into a restaurant. The strong overwhelming scent made me me sick to my stomach than I'd throw up anything and everything in my stomach. I drank ginger ale and ate goldfish when I first woke up and it really helped. I also bought some preggie pop drops and they worked wonders. Anytime I felt queasy I'd eat one. I also found anything sour helped (sour war heads work great). I hope this helps! Good luck (:

the only thing I could keep down for the first 4 months was Popsicles. People suggested to me A LOT of things to try and I tried them ALL but the only thing that worked was popsicles.

I kept losing weight & my morning sickness was so bad I had to be put on a prescription. Even then if I cooked the food myself I got sick. My husband had to start cooking dinner, then one day the sickness just stoped!

Any kind of mint helped me. Peppermint tea and spearmint gum helped me a lot. I also tried the motion sickness bands, and haven't been sick for a few weeks now! I had really bad morning sickness early on, but now I only get occasional queasiness.

You just have to work through it! I know how hard it is, but if you find something you can eat or drink that helps stick with it. I chew alot of gum, and I mean ALOT!!! If you get to the end of your rope and just cant deal any more your doctor can prescribe you a medication called Zofran. Its a LAST resort so try and stick it out. But if you just cant take it, call and get the prescription.

Ginger tablets. Eating as soon as you wake & then keep grazing all day. It's hard to get started but it's the best way. When your blood sugar is low you feel yuck yuck yuck. And when you wake up it's at the lowest. Even when you wake suck on a lollie of some kind, sip some water. Have a cracker in bed before you sit up. If you wake during the night to wee, get a cracker & sip of water as well.
