Tuesday I started my 6th week of pregnancy and also started up morning sickness and seemed like by each passes it got worse. Well today I got home felt like I needed to throw up really bad but couldn't sat down with a saucer of Jalapeno slices covered in salt and my nausea went away.

I was continuously throwing my meals along with lots of horrible nausea. Thanks to a friend who suggested me no to morning sickness tea. It really helped.

Ginger is really good . Both pickled or dried .
I had HORRIBLE morning sickness , morning , noon and night with my other kids . This pregnancy I have only gotten sick a couple times . I am 13 weeks and in shock that it is not plaguing me this time around .
I have noticed if I ignore hunger pains , then getting sick becomes a possibility . If I take total disregard , then it is inevitable .
Seems if I keep snack close and eat smaller amounts more often it helps A LOT . When in doubt I find that one food that I am craving and eat that if smells and thoughts of food have me queezy .
I HATE icecream ! But have found on those rare occasions when I am considering if I will get sick or not if I eat a small amount , I am fine !

A tablespoon of lemon juice usually helped me pretty well, enough to eat some. That seems ages ago! I'm entering my third trimester and the morning sickness/nausea is back sadly :( Good luck to you guys and congrats on being pregnant!

I have to eat what I'm craving or I'll get sick. Also, sometimes the "preggie pops" and "preggie pop drops" work. Those are usually sold at baby stores. If you can't find them, try Lemon Drops from a local drug store. Something about a sour taste can usually take nausia away for most women.

Good luck I"m in my 15th week and I'm still nauseous almost daily and still looking for remedies. All I can tell you that has worked for me is carrots.
