My name is Brittney and I'm Pregnant with my 2nd child....and was wondering what are somethings that your not suppose to eat during pregnancys??
I forget lol

stay away from fish containing higher amounts of mercury. deli meats can be dangerous because of possible bacteria, so if you have a craving for some just be sure to microwave it for about 30 seconds to kill off any that may be present. lean more towards hard cheeses rather than soft cheeses (american is good, meunster isn't so good). i'm sure the doctors can provide you with a list of foods taht are best to abstain from

Raw fish, and no more then 6oz a week even if it's cooked. Stay away from certain teas, limit your sugar caffeine and fat intake.

google for best. My doc told be no lunchmeats due to high nitrates, no fake sugars because aspartame/splenda/etc have been known to cause cancer and damage growing fetuses, and to stay away from high mercury fish.

you just want to be careful with some seafood, and shell fish :) other than that eat what your heart desires!
