I take No to morning sickness tea which is safe to take while pregnant and helps with nausea and helps me sleep through the night.

I am 13 weeks and I have had it nonstop for the past 6 weeks. The crackers helped a little but the doctor just told me to take B6 vitamins not sure if they work yet but willing to give anything a try.

: )

I had the same thing, the preggie pop's that are sour are really helping! plus its like candy. I recommend the preggie pop drops, they are the same thing but they look like jolly ranchers insead of lollipops. That way you can use them anywhere and there wont be a stick sticking out of your mouth or anything

Im 36 weeks and haven't got rid of the morning sickness. I was in the labor and delivery because I was actually losing weight cuz I couldn't keep anything down. They gave me this med called Ondansetron. Its a pill I put on my tounge and let dissolve. DON'T drink with it as it will fizz up in your mouth! But in the past few days since I have been on it I haven't been sick and I can keep food down!

Its awful! I had morning sickness really bad up until week 20, I ended up in hospital from dehydration. Im 35 weeks now and still have it but not as bad. I found that trying to stay out of bed during the day and trying to drink lots of water helped. I also take maxalon tablets to ease the vomiting a bit but they dont always help. Hope you get better! I know how awful it is

if you are just feeling sick, and not actually sick. i found hard candies helpful, and juices. but if you are actually puking, and it's more than twice a day, talk to your doctor and look into some medication, i can't not think of the name right at the moment, but i know it starts with a Z. i did, and it worked wonders, because i was sick all day, everyday too, and puking at least three times a day. now, i can eat whenever, whatever, and not feel like dying afterwards. it's great!

i was like that right up until i was about 24 weeks i couldnt even handle fluids, i found nothing really helped to much just try and eat little and often but i wouldnt rule out trying some of the old wifes remedies like eating ginger cause it did help me some days i just didnt like ginger so couldnt stomach too much of it. if not then you need to speak to your doctor .

I was sick all 9 months with my son, I bought stock in saltines and ginger ale. After a while the nausea just became second nature and I got used to it. 2 of my girlfriends had it worse in the 1st trimester, 1 was hospitalized 2x. Ask your doctor about anti-nausea meds, they helped them tremendously!

I used salitines next to my bed in my purse in my desk at work and anywhere I might be sitting and at night before bed I would put on the sea sickness bands sold at most drug stores. Drink ginger ale and relax...I know how you feel had it for like 4 months it was brutal!

Hard peppermint candies is what I used. The first 10 weeks of my first pregnancy and the first 3 months of this pregnancy I had morning sickness all day, everyday too. I sympathize. Also, keep some saltines or even the peppermints beside your bed and have one as soon as you wake up, and before you sit up. That helped me. Good luck! I hope this helps!

Have you tried either Lemon Drops or Preggy Pops (they also come in Preggy Pop Drops)? Something about the sour is supposed to take the nausea away.
