Hello,

I am currently 4 months pregnant. I used to workout a lot, but since I found out I was pregnant, with all the sickness I have been having, back pain, being tired, I haven't really engaged in exercising. Now that most of that has subsided, was looking to see if there are any types of workouts for pregnancy that still kept your arms and legs toned. Any tips?

from what my doc said, you can do your normal routine, just modify as needed and stay away from on the floor exercises/crunches. take more breaks when needed and stay hydrated. good luck!
