Hi Everyone, this is my first post. I am currently going to be six weeks pregnant tomorrow, and this is my very first pregnancy. I have not had the full experience of morning sickness I just get nauseated feeling, I have terrible swollen and sore boobs, but I have really really bad fatigue. I stopped drinking coffee I will not drink decaf, Is there anything that I can do naturally to help boost my energy???

Thanks

A Very Fatigued soon to be mom

Thank you so much!!! I do find myselt taking naps which I never did before becoming preggo. .My soon to be mother in law said that once I start my prenatal vitamins that it should help. My first doctors appointment is on the 22nd, so I am definitely looking forward to those vitamins if they help with my energy. But I do LOVE my naps!!!!!

I hear ya! I felt that way in the first trimester. Although I can't recommend anything to boost energy - your body will get used to pumping more blood and around 14-18 weeks you should have your normal energy back. I suggest taking some time to rest right now if you can, your body is doing a lot. Resting is also good for your baby's health and other people will understand.
