I hope that helps you too. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy... Remember the pillow thing for later when your back starts hurting from the baby weight...

Does this happen no matter how you lay? How far along are you? Are you using a pillow in between your legs to open up your pelvic area to better support your spine and lungs? Do you have a medical condition that may be flaring up or causing breathing issues at night?

If it only happens when you lay on your back, try laying on your side with a pillow between your legs. If it happens no matter how you lay, you may be like a friend of mine who had to sleep in a position with her upper body elevated, she usually slept in a recliner towards the end of her pregnancy. You may also have acid reflux, try drinking a small glass of milk along with some antacids before bed, this may help too...

There are several other things that can cause this and if its too bad you may want to consult your doctor, hope this helps...
