I'm now 37wks pregnant.. I had the same problem around that time too. I went to hospital and they gave me a tubie grip.. It's kind of like a strapless top but you but it just around your hips and belly. It helps to keep everything in place. Also I see a physiotherapist, she massages the muscles in my lower back because all the muscle around there cramp and make knots which makes it hard to move normally but once she loosen them I'm fine to walk again.

i went into the emergency room at 14 weeks and thought i was having a miscarrage they gave me some tylenol and sent me home with the diagnoses of pregnancy and abodominal pains ( wow that was rocket science lol) i moved my appointment up with my doctor and told him the story and he told me that it was round ligament pains. He also told me to start taking the tylenol for the pain and that it is pretty common, he instructed me to not push the heel of my feet into the ground too hard and watch my lower abodomen and keep it from hitting things. he also said not to stand or walk too long that it can effect the pain and make it worse. hope i helped samm

Yup :) And it feels like if my belly stretches any further I am going to rip open! I am 35 weeks along and it's been 12 years since my last pregnancy. I don't ever remember going through any thing like this with my first two, but then again, I am 34 years old and they say the older you are, the more pains you will feel. My doctor did mention that if I needed to get control on the pain, that Tylenol would be ok to take occasionally. I, too am home (with a 2 year old also), but because I am short of breath, constant pains and even some contractions I feel so useless around the house.

Hang in there girl, not much left to go, enjoy sitting around or laying around for the next few weeks because you are on lock down for the next 18 years of not sitting around!! :) Take care of yourself, you are worth it and so is the health of your baby :)
