I'm 27 weeks and 2 days pregnant, and today I had intense sexual relations with my boyfriend... Do you think I hurt my baby? I'm a little scared.

I'm 27 weeks pregnant and when I have sex withy husband after a while my stomach starts to hurt. It's not like a cramping hurt but more like a pulling a muscle hurt. Should I worry about that.

No. you'd know if you did lol. We all get scared about that but as you get further along you realize it's most likely not going to happen.

Baby is well protected!! I am 37 weeks and 3 days I'm 3 cm dilated and still having sex w/my fiance. My son just pushes his butt against my stomach after wards which is most likely due to my cervix contracting. Your not hurting baby. If you are worried about the baby then count fetal movements! If you feel him move or kick 10 times in 2 hrs, he is perfectly fine. I was worrying about this as well, but my fiance "researched" it. As long as you have a normal pregnancy, not high risk, and doctor has not told you other wise. Enjoy your selves. lol.

As long as you aren't in pain & aren't bleeding you should be fine. Someitmes sex makes babys act differently. The release of hormones that your body goes through durring sex can cause your baby to be more or less active than usual. So as long as your baby is back to normal within a reasonable amount of time, you should be fine. As long as your belly wasn't directly hit or given pressure there's no need to worry. But in any case, if you are worried, you can call your doctor, tell him/her what happened and they can tell you if you're okay or should have a check up. Hope this helps. =]

Unless you have bleeding or some physical hitting of your stomach I wouldn't worry about it. Baby is pretty well protected, but I totally feel the same way after me and my husband have sex I always get worried and then I feel much more relieved when I feel the little guy move after because that means he is ok. I usually stop after and lay down until he kicks because I feel stressed sometimes too!

Not unless you were taking major abuse to your belly. Your cervix may be a little bruised too. If you experience any cramping or more than just a little spotting that doesn't stop, call your doc ASAP.

As long as your not spottin or anything like that, you wont hurt the baby...ask your doctor if you have any questions but they will tell you that as long as your comfortable while having sex you and the baby are fine

Unless you were told by your OB/midwife not to have sex, your baby should be fine. I agree with Carolee that unless you were directing blows to your stomach, it should be just fine. If you are in pain or you notice a difference in movement, it never hurts to call your doctor. They gets lots of calls like that!
Try not to stress hon, it isn't good for you or your baby.
Good luck!

I'm not in pain at all... I hate to paint a picture, but there was some bouncing and I don't know if that hurt her. Thanks for all your help!

Babies are so well-insulated that almost nothing you do during sexual intercourse would hurt it. If there were any hard, direct blows to the belly, that's another story.
