I got a cold from my husband and my dr. has already put me on 2 prescriptions for vitatins that i take 3 times a day and once a day. This was done before i was sick. i take regular prenatal vita.
I am all about natural ways of curing and relieving syptoms.
i already do vicks at night

it's a little weird but rub vicks onto the bottoms of your feet and then put socks on before bed. it sounds crazy but my grandma gave me the remedy and it really helped. It may be just a mind thing but its worth a try.

A neti pot or sinus rinse works well for the congestion and stuffy nose. I have also found a saline nasal spray to be helpful.

my doc said yes. could drink 2-4 little pouch things a day. she said because the type of vitamin C it was, my body would just flush out what it didn't need.

run the tea kettle for moisture into the air. helps with stuffy nose and cough. Drink tons of water to help with muscle aches.

Oh I know how that is,in my last trimester I got sick from my boyfriend and My doctore said to take tylenol cold. She said it was safe for the baby, and obviously it was cause my daughter is here and she's healthy as can be,but My best advice would be, just ask your doctor if you can take something stronger...and drink lots of vitamin C that helps a bunch too! Hope this helps and you get better! :)
