i definatly know how you feel. i have 33 days left until my son is due and sleeping is awkward being awake is exhausting and i have a headcold so it hurts to cough. i get horrible pelvic pains and some days it feels like my insides are falling out. i really dont remember exactly How uncomfortable 31 wks was but if i have my timeline correct i think that Was around the time it felt like he was crawling out my skin. they are used to having more space and just went through a big growth spurt so they havent learned that their home is smaller yet. he still has moments where he pushes so hard it hurts but they've become few and far between. so hang in there. the baby should stop trying to escape in a week or so... until then try talking to it. or singing or walking. it calmed my son down enough so the pain wasnt unbearable. also if you focus more on the little miracle hurting you its easier to ignore the pain. i also tell my son when something hurts and i put my hand there so he cant push too far and cause too much pain. he seems to stop when he knows it hurts.

Hey, I am 35 weeks, and I feel your pain! I feel like I have no more room for the baby to grow! I don't have bad heart burn, but this one's foot is jammed up in my right rib cage and the ONLY position that is comfortable is either Laying down or standing up, and if I stand too long it feels like my feet are going to explode!!! Then if I sit down too long I get the restless leg syndrome!! I guess we just can't win!!! We are almost there!! Hang in there!

Ah yes, I nicknamed my first "the cervix crusher" around that time. I'm half of what you are and I already feel full to the throat. For some of us, pregnancy is just...uncomfortable. There isn't much you can do except keep good posture and take little breaths. The good news is, it doesn't last forever!
