What are the chances of a phantom pregnancy occuring?

My period was about 3 weeks late so I did 2 home pregnancy tests, carefully and according to the instructions to lower the chances of a false positive. Both tests were positive and had almost every symptom that goes with pregnancy. Nausea, which went away just after the 12 week mark, now only certain foods set me off. Fatigue, tender and now enlarged breasts, frequent urination, you get the idea. I've worked it out and sitting just under 14 weeks now. Problem is I haven't been able to get to a doctor yet due to personal circumstances, can only get there in about 2 weeks. It's my first pregnancy, I'm 19, and even though it wasn't planned and the timing isn't ideal money wise myself and my boyfriend are thrilled. My only worry is that this is possibly a phantom pregnancy. What are the chances of this being the case and is there any symptom that would only occur if I'm definitely pregnant? Or is the only way to tell going to be the trip to the doctor?

go to the planned parenthood clinic in your area they will see you with out insurance and wont expect payment depending the resources of the clinic they can connect you with the next step and they might be able to take a look depending on the clinic how ever.
