I am 32 weeks and 6 days, high risk for preterm with a cervical cerclage. I went to L&D yesterday with terrible stomach cramps but they couldn't find anything wrong. Did a bunch of tests all came back fine but I'm a dehydrated and I have picked up a 24 hr stomach bug from my son. Been fine all day but about 6pm today I had severe back pain which is radiating through my hips, thighs and lower belly! It's now 3am and I'm in a lot of pain, I can't sleep, I can barely move and changing position or drinkn fluids doesn't help! I have been feeling "off" since Thursday and hate to keep dragging my hubby and three kids to L&D. I know the nurses are there for this reason and I will probably go back in the morning but has anyone ever had this type of pain all of a sudden? It's not psd as I hav had tat with the last two pregnancies and the pain not near that bone. Thanks in advance for the advice!!

My best friend had this pain. Has your baby rotated head down yet? Her pain was due to her baby being butt down quite literally. His butt was down in her pelvic bone causing a lot of pressure on her spine and pelvic region. Her doctor told her to start doing some simple Yoga poses like downward dog to help her baby turn head down. Hope this helps you...
