My suggestion would be to find a crisis pregnancy center near you. I would stay away from planned parenthood.....they are not very helpful and tend to push abortion. You also need to talk to your parents.

You should explore all your options and see if there is a local 'planned parenthood' because if you decide to keep your baby they can help you get the things you will need for the baby. They also offer counselling and can help you make an informed choice.

After you make that choice you should talk to your family, the father, and a doctor.

Well, Kate, that depends on what you want to do, and what you are comfortable with. From here, you have three options: abortion, adoption and parenting. Only you can make the decision of which path to take. Do not let anyone's opinions sway you once you've made up your mind. If you decide to get an abortion, make an appointment right away. Depending on where you live, you may have to travel to get one. If you choose to continue the pregnancy, but give your baby up for adoption, there are many wonderful resources on the internet that can help you depending on where you live. If you want to keep your baby as your own, then you need to see a doctor right away to start your prenatal care. Whichever decision you make, since you are so young, it's imperative that you tell your parents (unless you fear for your safety). Yes, they will be upset. Yes, you will feel embarrassed and shameful, and they will be disappointed, but they love you and those feelings will pass. Your parents can be very helpful in deciding what to do, but don't let them pressure you towards something you're not comfortable with. Good luck. ♥
