Hi Shandi
It depends on whether we're in or out, have time, or are in a rush, but my LO loves toast, breadsticks, fruit, carrot batons, cauliflower florets....she loves a nibble on cheese strings too - everything melts in the mouth.
I've also introduced her to baby rice cakes and quavers - but she only has a couple.
All the best -Sheila

My doc recommended cooked carrots and peas as great options as well small pieces of cheddar cheese (if your doc ok's milk products). I also gave my son small pieces of bananas and avocado. They are all messy but they enjoy eating it. Good luck.

my daughter LOVES the gerber graduates puffs. her favorites are apple cinnamon and sweet potato. they dissolve in the mouth way quicker than cheerios so they dont make me as nervous. she also likes the yogurt melts they make, but i have to break them up for her for now.. they're kind of big. i also give her cheerios.

Hi Shandi, my daughter started with Multigrain cheerios at 6 months, I also give her graduates...they have finger foods, puffs, little crunches, etc. she realy loves the cheerios she gets so excited when she sees the box! Don't worry they melt in the mouth so it wont choke them. let me know it this helps.
