Hey there, after having my son I am having a really hard time losing the weight. Does anyone have any sugestions??? I need to do something!! Before having kids I was 98 Lbs and now I am 160Lbs!!!! HELP

With three kids I am unable to visit gym frequently, so found a weight loss supplement called Mummy magic weight loss tea. I had to lose 50 pounds and after using two months I have already dropped 35 pounds and hopefully within next one months I'll get my goal.

I was able to get within 15 pounds of my pre-baby weight with cardio work but to lose the last 15, I had to cut out carbs.

Hi there, I'm Australian so all my weight terms are in kgs... But i had 3 kids in 3 years and put on over 30 kgs. Since the last bub (now 8 months) I have lost 12 kgs. I bought a treadmill and while the 2 toddlers are watching Sesame Street and the baby has a nap I jog for 30 mins. Now, when I 1st started just 3 months ago I was the queen of non-exercise as I wasn't brought up doing sports etc and I couldn't even jog for 5 mins. But I persisted and everyday increased the jog a little more until I was doing 30 mins then increased the speed slowly too. Now i run nearly 4 kms in the 1/2 hour. I also read a book called CSIRO diet which isn't really a diet but gives some tips on how to lose weight (like less carbs in the evenings). I have lost nearly 1 kg every week (I think that's around 2.2 pounds) since starting this year although it's starting to slow down a little now. Being heavy is so demoralising but every day now i look forward to losing just a little more and hopefully by the end of the year I will reach my goal (which is wedding day weight). Some advice that helped me was to focus on the journey, not the destination... try every day to have a successful day - and be proud when you achieve that! All the best!! :)

Hi Stacy...I weigh 165lbs and I have a very hard time losing the weight...I am stumped on what to do...I have taken up walking 60mins everyday with baby and I am about to take a strollercize class and a post natal strength class at my local YMCA...maybe this will help you too. Keep me informed on things that are working for you. Melissa

you need to schedule time for yourself. I know it is easier said than done, but we can all find 30min in our day to do some walking. I have also used some free web sites. Sparks people and real age. real age is ran by Dr. Oz from Opera. realage.com is the one I'm currently using. They have helped me a lot. Good luck.
