Help!!! I just can't tighten my abs.

It has been 9 months since I had my son. I seem to be losing the weight fine but everything feels so floppy. My abs just will not tighten. I feel like I have tried everything. Any tips???? I'm open to anything at this point lol.

Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. It all comes down to your diet. Eat clean, no processed foods, high lean protein like chicken, egg whites, tuna, and bison. lots of veggies, yams/sweet potato's things like that. No sugar or fatty foods. No soda, lots and lots of water, black coffee is fine, no cream or sugar, and green tea. Then you need to do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) To help shed the layer of fat over your abs. Do some weight training and lastly focus on abdominal exercises. You don't need to work your abs every day, and you don't need to do 100 crunches either. But you do want to work them well enough to tax them. But remember if you are not eating right you will never see your abs. Sad but true.

you're so lucky! it took me 7 years to lose the weight from my kids. I have really bad stretch marks and a c section scar so my skin is really loose, even now and they are teens. I have a flat tummy but the doc says my option is a tummy tuck or nothing, to get rid of the flab. if you find something that works let me know! good luck!

It will take some time. It took 9 months of stretching out so it will take at least that long to get your body back to normal. Hang in there :)

Check it out you will not be sorry :) What do you have to lose? Other then inches..It tightens,firms and it last. Not water weight

Do some research on Diastasis recti. It's a condition in the abdominals that may occur due to pregnancy and can cause a mommy bulge. There are very specific exercises for improving a diastasis recti.
