how do you workout with a 3 month old?

I am barely able to get my workouts in because the baby always seems to need me when I'm in the middle of a tape or jog on the treadmill, I do walk with her in the stroller often but that's not enough for me since I desperately want to lose those stubborn last 10 pounds.. any tips?

I would say that was the easiest time to get my workouts in. haha. I would plan around her naps. If my kid would wake up before I was done, I would put him in his swing for a little bit until I was finished. But I would usually always gets at least an hour during naptime in.
