I have lost my weight from when I was prego. However, I want to lose more and get back in shape. I have tried many diets and none of them work. What is the best diet and best workout routine in your opinion?

o. If you love coffee or green tea and enjoy helping people become healthy then Javita is for you since it sounds like you have the excitement and determination :-) we are a weightloss coffee and our motto is to 'change lives one cup at a time' and since people forget to take their vitamins they never forget their cup of Joe - so why not drink a better coffee infused w Garçinia Cambogia (as seen on Dr OZ as the holy grail) and other great herbs (Yerba mate, green tea) for sustained energy as majority of moms need to get through the day! Michael Thurmonds 6 Week Body Makeover http://www.mybodymakeover.com/
great for more than just 6 weeks ;)
It applies everything I have ever learned about fitness and nutrition, in one great system. This is the fitness expert who worked with the original Extreem Makeover shows. Every one I know who does this program makes exceptional progress.

Beach Body!!! Workouts are amazing. SO much better than paying to go to a gym. Would love to tell you more about them. AND, Shakeology!! The healthiest meal of my day. It's a nutritional shake. I drink it daily as my breakfast- made into a delicious smoothie. It's 70+ healthy, all-natural ingredients (no caffeine). It gives you your daily required servings of fruits and veggies, in one shake, but it tastes like you're drinking heavenly chocolate ;) And it's packed with protein (18 grams), so it keeps you full until lunch. Shakeology can help you:
1. Lose Weight
2. Feel Energized
3. Improve Digestion and Regularity
4. Lower Cholesterol
I love it!! Would love to share more info. if you're interested.

I'd suggest to explore the idea of a few health coach sessions first, where he/she can help you create the foundation and structure of your healthy habits program in accordance with your character and lifestyle. On top of that, it will be easier to set goals and habits that align with both short and long term goals. I know of 2 very affordable and empowering programs and would be happy to share!

Hi there Lori, I'd recommend looking into the services of a health coach just to get started on your short and long term goals and to structure the foundation of your programfirst, rather than 'springing to action' right away. Then I'd base the diet and exercise on top of that strong foundation. We all have a different character type and lifestyle! I know of 2 affordable, effective and empowering programs and would be happy to lend a hand with additional information.

The best thing is The Eat Clean Diet get the book on amazon it is not just a diet you go on and then once you are done you go back to your old habits. It is a life style change. It WORKS! I am a clean eater and so are my kids. Also you need to do cardio along with weight training, and NO the weights will not make you bulky. That is the biggest exercise myth! If you want to be lean and have a nice flat tummy you need to eat clean, lift weights and do cardio. I have had 2 c-section and I am have a flat tummy I am close to my goal of a 6 pack. :) I just bought a new pair of jeans and was able to fit into a size 4. NO muffin top and I didn't have to squeeze into them either. All was possible because of eating clean, lifting and doing cardio. :)

Hi Lori,
Congrats on losing the weight from your pregnancy! I can help you with your goal of losing the rest and getting back in shape. I don't "diet" anymore since my Doctor recommended this specific Full Body Nutritional Cleanse. It helped me release 22 pounds and 31 inches! (and I had tried every thing!) I also learned how to change my lifestyle with my cleanse coach's help. This was 5 years ago and I have since become a cleanse coach myself! (Can you tell I LOVE IT? lol) I can also help you with your work out. Let me know if you'd like me to send you my list of tips and stuff.
Have a fabulous week and keep up the good work!
Linda
