Some advice on toning arms and underarm

ok..... I do cardio 6 days a week for 40 min, along with 100 sit-ups...I am really satisfied with the results, but I want my arms toned and for some reason I have fat in my underarm area that sticks out over some tank tops and I want to get rid of it!!! Where did it come from when i am so small everywhere else!! LOL...its hilarious!

push ups are the BEST upper body workout. Start on your knees, and move to your toes if you can. They firm up your boobs, strengthen your back and abs, and sculpt your arms. WIN. Do sets of five as many times as you can throughout the day, and then just up the number of pushups per set as you get stronger.
