If its called a diet and you follow it a certain amount of days it is going to be too good too be true! Try to slowly change your diet to whole foods. Fresh lean meats fruits and veggies. Eating clean is one of the best ways to help lose weight that combined with exercise. After giving birth to my fourth baby i needed to lose 68lbs. I ordered the Insanity program from Beachbody. I followed it religiously! I also replaced my breakfast with a Shakeology Shake each day. And chose healthy snacks and meals for lunch and dinner. I completed the Insanity program and now starting the Turbo Fire program. I have never felt so good! I am now 3 months postpartum and down 30lbs! I personally fell in LOVE with the Beachbody programs so that's what works for me. If you find a workout you love you are more likely to stick with it.I loved it so much I became a Coach for Beachbody. :-) If you have a FB page please feel free to like my facebook page. I give out free exercise tips, motivation,recipes ect. My name is Coach Brittney and I have the same profile picture that I have here. While I LOVE my Beachbody workouts and lean more towards them I happily accept all exercise/workout programs on my page and promote them as well. I'm with you girl, I 'm doing the same thing. Exercising, I did insanity and finished the program, but is kicked my butt lol I lost some pounds from it but not the desire amount that I wanted. Right now, I doing brazil butt lift, I love doing it, is fun. and Zumba, my number one favorite workout out. I looooooved it, I never get tire of doing it. I love dancing, is part of my workout. I love to eat, I have fun doing it, because of all the delicious fun, healthy foods I'm eating after the workout. I never tried the shakeology, but I want to someday.
