I have a 2 yr old that is extremely hyper (what two year old isn't LOL) but I was wondering that maybe changing his diet to all organic foods might help including toothpaste and well everything...btw he does not have hardly any sugar as it is ,he has a very balanced diet but I am still wondering if going ALL organic would make that much of a difference...any thoughts?

Well, I love organic food! But, it's pretty pricey. If you can afford to, by all means go 100% organic. Now, I haven't been there yet with my child, but for myself, (I have ADHD and Bipolar) I did find quite a difference switching to all whole foods/mostly organic. Also, going vegetarian helped immensely. However, if you're considering a vegetarian diet for your kiddo, be sure you know what they need. http://www.amazon.com/Raising-Vegetarian...

Great book!!!!

If it's more than just hyper, (possibly ADHD or something) there are things out there besides medications! like this, for instance http://www.nativeremedies.com/products/b...

But, I dunno... My boy is just a wee baby, so I haven't been there. I hope that helps anyways!
