i have a 3 month old beautiful girl and im going to school im in the nursing program and i work.....im sooo tired all of the time. I beginning to feel as if im not going to be able to make it through the program. I hate to tell my family this because i feel like i would be a disapointment. Im thinking its time to start looking at a backup plan..like instead of gettin my RN maybe LPN would be easier...i dont know.....

Get some help! Sometimes a night off and a good nights sleep, can really help you more than you can imagine! And NOBODY would consider you to be a failure and they would probably jump at the chance to give you a hand.

Don't be so hard on yourself.. The baby is only 3 mo old she is nowhere near sleeping through the night yet and you are still recovering from labor.

Make some time for you.. a hot bath every week is wonderful.

I agree with Tanna! Anything worth having is worth fighting for. We all have those days (or even weeks) where it all seems like its going nowhere. Just think about how far you've come! And its okay to sit on the floor and have a good cry once the little one is in bed. When i'm at the giving up point, my grandmother always tells me to put my frustration into my studies! Use that stressful energy to knock that homework or that test right out of its shoes!!

Feel better, mama! You'll get through this, after all you made it through labor ;)

Don't give up! You WILL make it :) Hard days are to test just how badly you want this......you are doing something great for yourself and your little girl! If you do the LPN program....but your heart is pointing towards RN, then you will never be satisfied and you will wish you would have stuck with it. You can do this.....us mommas can do anything we want bad enough! :)
