Here is a quick and easy recipe I make on the stove top.

1 Chopped red pepper
1 Chopped onion
Box of frozen spinach thawed
Chopped garlic (i use the stuff in the jar)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Sautee the peppers, onions, salt, pepper and garlic in olive oil until the veggies get soft. Add in the box of spinach until it is heated through. Serve over pasta and rice. Sometimes I add in cooked slices of chicken sausage.
Hope this helps you out :)

I recently have started selling Wildtree Products, not only is it fun, easy and yummy. They are all natural, no msg, no preservatives, or additives, low sodium, low sugar and they are not processed. Which means healthy simple and good for you. My kids 4 1/2 and 3 love the food. They don't even notice the change in our eating habit. Which is great. We also have a "GLUTEN FREE" line. I just love it. Every show I do I make $75-$100 upfront and I get commission from the company. The nice thing about this is that you don't have to have inventory on hand. You simply do a party and place an order. Just think you can grocery shop from your computer. WOOOO HOOO. We are not just dips and party items. We actually carry meals that are simple and easy. Such things as Mexican skillet, meat loaf mix, alfredo, spaghetti, and even breakfast. I could go on all day, but if you are interested in learning more about WIldtree let me know.
